Why this exists
Most AI projects stall between a convincing demo and a system people trust. The gap is operational: data access, retrieval quality, evals, escalation, permissions, and cost. I work on that layer.
The practice is deliberately narrow. Three workflows, one operator, and a preference for measured outcomes over a longer list of promises.

What I do not take on
Marketing retainers, model training, and dashboards disconnected from a workflow. If the work needs a full agency, I will say so.
